Return Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
- Loving Care Gifts wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 7 business days of the date of your purchase. Only merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached will be accepted. We will credit your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
- You will be responsible for any returns or exchanges that are lost or damaged in transit to us. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
- Returns and exchanges are subject to availability. If any item is unavailable, a refund will be processed. Loving Care Gifts reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
2. Return Procedures
Please complete the return/exchange portion of your [invoice/packing slip] and include it with your package. If you do not have the [invoice/packing slip], please include the following information with your return or exchange:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
- The item number of the merchandise, if available
- If an exchange, the name, size, color and item number, if available, of the merchandise you wish to receive in exchange

3. Damaged/Defective Goods
At Loving Care Gifts, we are committed to offering you only first quality merchandise. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. Personalized Gifts
Please note that personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.
